Ready for takeoff…
Do any of the kids in your life have the Little People airplane toy? It’s one of those toys that plays an annoying song and says way too few phrases so that after 10 minutes, you have the entire series engraved into your brain. I KNOW you know the one I am talking about (or at least one like it)! My sons were playing with that toy today and one of the phrases is “Ready for Takeoff”. When I think about starting this blogging adventure, that’s exactly how I feel. After months of preparation, I am ready to propel myself into the blogging universe, but a part of me is instinctually wanting to stay on the ground because who really understands how airplanes stay in the air in the first place??? Either way, I am so excited/nervous/happy/terrified to start this blogging adventure with you. I hope to make you laugh at my silly situations, feel encouraged by my own mistakes and realizations, and feel that you are not alone in your experiences because my life is wonderful and messy too.
With that said, let’s prepare the cabin and ready ourselves for takeoff. Here goes nothing!
